Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
By using PeekWhen you agree to these terms. PeekWhen is a service that lets you share a view-only link showing when you are free, and (optionally) compare mutual availability with someone whose link you open. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The service
- PeekWhen reads your calendar free/busy information to compute your available windows. It never books, edits, or deletes anything on your calendar.
- Availability is computed live from your calendar provider. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that displayed availability is error-free or current at every instant — confirm important times directly.
- The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your responsibilities
- You must own, or be authorized to connect, any calendar you link, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not use PeekWhen to violate the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to access data beyond what the service is designed to show.
- Do not abuse the service — for example, by scraping links at scale or attempting to circumvent its rate limits or horizon caps.
Accounts and access
- You can disconnect a calendar at any time; doing so deletes its stored access token.
- You may revoke our access directly with your calendar provider at any time.
- You can delete your account and all associated data from your settings, or contact us to request it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
